Vinca started in 2006 in Austin. All items are made in USA by a tiny group of artisans, including the designer.

Shipping:

All items are custom made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks until delivery. For RUSH orders (next day, 2nd day) please email sales@vincaUSA.com before ordering

All standard shipping is now free to anywhere in the world!

Payments:

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment system is securely powered through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account.

Returns:

We only give store credit for returns. Please email sales@vincaUSA.com with the following form
Return Form (Word Document)
as soon as possible if there is something wrong with your order. After we approve your return or exchange, we will send you additional instructions.

Product Materials:


~The Wood
Exotic woods include Cocobolo, Ebony, Mahogany, Cherry and Walnut. Detailed information is available on each product's page.

~The Acrylic
Acrylic is a type of plastic suited for jewelry because it is lightweight available in many colors and textures, and is relatively easy to work with.

~The Leather
There are many different textures of leather, depending on the way it has been treated.

~The Hardware
All silver colored jewelry uses sterling silver. All gold colored jewelry is 14K+ Gold Filled. The crystals are Swarovski. Purse chain is aluminum. Purse snaps are either steel or brass.

Product Care:

If your product gets wet - lay it out flat to dry. It will probably stiffen, but a few days of wear and it will get back to normal. Do not put it in the dryer. Avoid oily residue especially on nubuck and suede. If you find a stain, this website is helpful.
If your silver gets tarnished, scrub it with baking soda and an old toothbrush. Rinse with soap and water, dry with a towel.
